We're open and have instituted the recommended social distancing protocols
Fortunately, since we started business, every 3D scan session is by appointment only, which means we do not have large crowds in or around our studio.
The scanning process is non-invasive and takes seconds to complete. We do take 3 or 4 scans, though, to make sure we have one good scan.
There is only one staff person that handles the scanning process and the retail experience, which means it's just you and him. He's also fully vaccinated!
We have altered our retail experience so you do not physically interact with any object in the studio except for a chair that you can choose to sit on.
Our Customer Acknowledgement Form has moved online so you can fill out and submit it on your laptop/smartphone/tablet before your session.
There are security cameras throughout the whole facility so you know you're safe and we are safe.
We have almost always scanned people from at least 6 feet away but can increase the distance.
We can remotely operate our equipment while you are being scanned and monitor you on a closed camera system so we can be 30 feet away, if needed.
Lastly, we'll do everything we can think of to make your scanning experience quick, simple and safe so your little doop comes out perfectly.
